Talented Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tobechukwu Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi, has debunked the viral report that he wrote one of Burna Boy’s hit songs.

Naijahits recalls that Peruzzi had boasted on his social media handle that he had written over 252 songs for the Nigerian music industry.

Some of his followers on social media had claimed that Burna Boy’s hit song was written by Peruzzi and further criticized Burna for allegedly using many songwriters while his fans hailed him for his lyrical prowess, referring to them as “lost children.”

In response, Peruzzi emphatically debunked the speculations.

On his official X, Peruzzi wrote, “Don’t give me credit for what I didn’t do.”
